Richland Outreach Center was built on a simple belief: when neighbors care for another, communities grow stronger.

For more than 10 years, our organization has been serving children and families in Richland County through volunteer-driven programs that provide meals, essential items, and encouragement to those who need it most.

From sharing a warm meal at our monthly community breakfast where everything is made from scratch, to providing diapers, pull-ups, and wipes for families with young children, our goal is to meet everyday needs with dignity, compassion, and kindness.

We believe in honoring those who serve our country. Through our Hero Project, we prepare and deliver a hot homemade meal to the local Air Force base Security Forces Squadron on major holidays- thanking the men and women who spend those days protecting our community while being away from their own families.

Richland Outreach Center is powered entirely by volunteers and the generosity of our community. We don't rely on large grants- our work continues because neighbors choose to support neighbors.

Our mission is simple: to create a place where people feel supported, valued, and never alone.

Because when a community comes together with compassion and purpose, even the smallest act of kindness can create a lasting change.
